The Brand
I started Quinn Jewellery while at university as a way to explore the business side of design. I handmade jewellery in my spare time and sold it at various markets as well as online. It was largely just a hobby but I learned many valuable lessons and skills through this experience. I learned about web design, eCommerce, marketing, branding, craft and also connected with a lot of local artists and designers through this experience.
Quinn aimed to highlight the importance of supporting local craft as a sustainable alternative to purchasing massed produced jewellery pieces. Quinn was an active brand in Melbourne from 2014 — 2016.
